We were able to check in early as room was available. Reception very helpful . Bus stop just outside the hotel and tickets available from reception. Restaurant on site very convenient and food was varied and good value for money. Good continental breakfast. Bathroom very spacious and convenient for persons with mobility problems.

Great location lots of free parking; outstanding views of Assisi. Great value and one of the best restaurants (best pizza for sure ) in this town; abundant breakfast deal even if you paid 5 euros. We have been coming here for many years to enjoy the family ( now two brothers Giorgio and GianCarlo) run hospitality of BellaVista 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The view from the pool is incredible. And the ease of getting to and from Assisi was well worth the stay at this hotel.

Bella Vista is a warm family run hotel half way between the train station and the town of Assisi itself. The inexpensive city bus which runs between the town and the train station has a stop directly in front of the hotel so the property location could not be more convenient. If you come on the train to Assisi, buy your bus ticket(s) at the train station and just tell the driver to drop you off at the Bella Vista Hotel/Restaurant. This hotel has everything an individual traveler, couple, or family might want. Facilities are clean and modern, the building has character but is kept in excellent repair and updates. Included breakfast is superb with an excellent selection from their first rate restaurant, which is also convenient for lunch and dinner if desired. I can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had lost my cell phone the day before I arrived, and they set about helping me with international calls and even lent me the use of a computer to help me address my problem, which literally saved my trip! Thanks to a great stay, delicious food, and part of my superb visit to Assisi! (The view of Assisi from the hotel is worth the price of the room!)

Great place to stay for sightseeing in lovely Assissi. First line from the historic center, so the view from the premises is unbeatable. In summertime you can probably enjoy the pool and view to Assissi at the same time. Helpful staff and a very good restaurant on-site. A city bus into the historic center just outside, I took it all the way up and walked down, perfect if you are not into intensive climbing. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very good place if you are on a motorcycle... secure parking, and there is a bus right outside the door that goes up the hill into the old town... runs every 1/2 hour. 1.30 each way. Assisi was stunning in April as there were few tourists... Had a brilliant meal for 1/2 the price than in Ireland. When you stay here ask for a room with a view to the old town of Assisi... you may pay a bit more but worth it. Great breakfast, nice people...

Very good and clean hotel. The restaurant has great food with normal prices and it is not far from Assisi. It has a great swimming pool and good breakfast

great view of Assisi from hotel, location was convenient and there was plenty of parking, close to bus stop to get up to Assisi,- the place sold bus tickets which was convenient. Had a restaurant so one could eat a good dinner or lunch. Breakfast was ok. Rooms appeared to be recently remodeled. Very nice hotel and not that expensive!
